Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RentalFinder (the “Platform”), operated by Mifto Technologies FZCO (“we”, “us”), United Arab Emirates. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. What RentalFinder is

RentalFinder is an intermediary marketplace that lets you discover and compare rental cars listed by independent rental companies (“Suppliers”) and send booking requests to them. We are not a car rental company. We do not own, rent, or operate any vehicle, and we are not a party to the rental agreement, which is concluded directly between you and the Supplier.

2. Bookings

A request sent through the Platform (including via WhatsApp) is an expression of interest, not a confirmed booking. Availability, price, deposit, insurance, mileage, delivery, and all rental terms are set and confirmed solely by the Supplier. No payment is processed on the Platform.

3. Suppliers

Suppliers must hold a valid UAE trade license and the permits and insurance required to rent vehicles, and must keep their listings accurate. We review Suppliers before publishing their listings but do not guarantee any Supplier, vehicle, or transaction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including submitting false information, spamming requests, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the service.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or customers, the condition of any vehicle, or any loss arising from a rental. Your dealings with a Supplier are at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
